Upstairs, the relaxing bedrooms are a serene place to recharge. The master bedroom looks out to Shaulders Farm properties and fields at the front of the house and comes with an ensuite shower room. A further light and airy double bedroom and a bunk bedroom occupy this floor along with a modern family bathroom. Sea glimpses can be seen from upstairs to remind you it is not far away.

 

Just outside the living room, the annexe provides a king-size bedroom with adjoining shower room. Whether useful for grandparents, friends or just so the family can have their own space, this annexe bedroom provides a delightful sanctuary for those who need peace at night time or require ground floor access.

 

The annexe also houses a convenient utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, drying area and large butler sink.

 

The large lawn is perfect for children to play while adults relax on the terrace, taking in the views across the fields beyond the back fence. The summer house provides a private corner to take time for yourself with a cup of tea or glass of wine and catch the afternoon and evening sun.
