There is a SPAR supermarket in Rock and one in Polzeath, both a five minute drive from Bramble Park. On the outskirts of Wadebridge, about 5 miles away, there is a Tesco.  In Wadebridge itself there is a Co-op, a Lidl and an Aldi as well as independent vegetable shop, baker, delicatessens and grocers.

Rock is home to Barnecutt bakers.  They sell an amazing variety of freshly baked breads, croissants, cakes and Cornish pasties, as well as a fabulous fresh salad bar and coffee menu.  There is an excellent butcher next door and fresh fish and locally-caught crabs and lobsters are available from Rock Fish, also in Rock Road. There is a café and deli at Fee’s food, further down Rock Road towards the beach.  Most of the above shops also sell excellent, home cooked ready meals for your convenience.

To the East of Bramble Park, again about a five minute drive is Trevathan farm.  They have a shop where you can buy vegetables, salads and herbs. They also sell local products such as ice-cream, cream, butter, cheeses and eggs, store cupboard items from local suppliers, as well as free range poultry and their own farm reared meat. There is a pick your own field in season and a variety of play equipment and games for children.

Further afield St.Kew farmshop and Padstow farm shop are exceptional and both have great café/coffee shops.
