Short breaks available.

Minimum 3 nights, either Thursday to Sunday or Monday to Thursday. 

Price for 3 nights 60% of full week.  Not available in high season.

BOOKING INFORMATION

  • Lettings run from Thursday 4pm to the following Thursday 10am. We reserve the right to change these times if additional cleaning should be required. 

​

  • A deposit of 25% of the full rent is required to secure the booking; balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.   
     

  • A security cheque or separate bank transfer of £200 will be required at time of booking.​

​

  • Dogs are welcome at an additional £30 per dog (please see                                     ) 

​

  • Bookings can only be accepted from clients aged 23 years or over.

  • The annexe can only be booked with the house.

​

  • Electricity, Wi-Fi Broadband, wood and kindling in winter and barbecue gas in summer is provided. 

​

  • Bed linen and towels are included (please provide your own beach towels). 

​

  • Tea towels, cleaning materials, toilet rolls, soap, etc. is provided, see  

​

  • Bramble Park is a no-smoking property.
